This guest house is on a small island within 10 minutes’ walk of Oulu’s pedestrian shopping area, Rotuaari. It provides rooms with a TV and shared kitchen. WiFi and parking are free. Very good location. The bed and pillow was perfect. Nice atmosphere. Good breakfast.
