Granbergs Gästhus och Gästhem are located near the idyllic old fishing village of Käringsund on Eckerö, Åland. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of space for us three and everything we needed was ready at hand and very clean. we particularily loved the privacy, calm and being close to nature. Observing llamas and wild bore from our terrace was a lovely bonus :)

A beautiful historical place with great atmosphere and very friendly staff. We visited off season in late May and restaurants were still closed in most of Åland archipelago, but we were offered a tasty meal and drinks when we were arrived which was a lovely surprise. Had the best Åland pancake here on our trip. A nice sitting area and jetty by the sea for an evening and morning dip. Showers and toilets are in a separate building, but everything was very clean. Also a little kitchen room with a fridge for your food. I recommend visiting in May when the apple trees and lilacs are blooming and you get the whole place for yourself!

Gula huset ligger i Jomala, 5 km fra Ålands kulturhistoriske museum og 5,5 km fra S:t Görans Kirke. Der er have og udsigt til haven. Der er adgang til terrasse og gratis privat parkering. The location was perfect for an overnight stay between ferries. No meals, but we had our own breakfast things and the property provided the means to prepare it. A nice, quiet neighbourhood to walk our dog.
