She also cooks delicious pastries for breakfast, which is also made of salty food (and with local dried sausages 😋). The lady is a grandmother, you can even meet her family at some point of the day.. they're lovely people, very welcoming! Also, talking about the room: quiet, with a good bed: it is a simple place, where you feel cosy!

Neat and clean accommodations, comfortable bed, towels and sheets of great quality, structure to prepare simple meals, attentive and helpful host, friendly staff, great location for those who want to be close to the old town, but in a safer and less busy neighborhood.

The rooms are decorated with antique-style furniture. Many have original stone walls, and all have heating. It’s a lovely old Roman building with incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, especially Marguerite. If I ever come back to Girona, I know where I’ll stay. Lovely ‘penthouse’ room with doors/windows on four sides for view and ventilation. Modest but comfortable room but so worth the climb. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location steps from the cathedral. Visited in March.

This recently renovated guest house is located 700 metres from Roses Beach and 20 km from Dalí Museum. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Great central location with a lovely terrace and kitchen. There was coffee, tea, and cookies, sugar, oil and everything you might need for the kitchen. You get the "cava" in your room too. Lovely and great value for the price.

I had a late check in which went smoothly and we were taken care off and communicated despite the late hours.

Well curated and comfortable. We had an early morning race and they even prepared and amazing breakfast for us. Wonderful stay

Situated within 43 km of Castillo de Xivert and 30 km of Peñiscola Castle, Carmen Guillemot features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Alcanar. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 1956, which is 37 km from the Tortosa Cathedral. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the city. We loved the quirky objets d’art, house is in a quiet side street with spacious bedrooms, an authentic village house.
