The host is a super nice and kind person, the service and the accommodation are simply great. The area is quiet and nice,it’s very safe place to stay over in Guayaquil. There is the chance to get a laundry for a small extra fee, we got everything washed and dried in an afternoon. Highlights of our stay: the bed (the best I’ve ever slept in!) and the breakfast!! I can’t recommend this place enough and I hope to get back one day.

Boasting a bar and views of quiet street, Hotel Boutique The Royalty is a recently renovated guest house set in Guayaquil, 5.6 km from Saint Francis Church. Breakfast not included, but there is an excellent restaurant nearby. Airport shuttle not included, but they called a secure taxi who came right away. $5 USD WiFi coverage was excellent and fast. Staff was extremely helpful. Security was excellent.
