We had a great experience! We booked the Maloca, which is a wonderful tent, it's glamping in a friendly and relaxed environment. The tent reconnected us to the nature! But without leaving all the facilities like our own private bathroom! Delicious breakfast every morning making with love… Can you ask for anything else? Giorgio and his family are the best hosts we've ever had! And of course, close to the beach, restaurants and pretty places!

El Conde De Atrini offers accommodation set 4.3 km from the centre of Santo Domingo and features a garden and a bar. The property features sea and lake views, and is 300 metres from Montesinos. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

Set in Saint Martin and only 1 km from Orient Bay Beach, La Villa Hibiscus, Saint Martin offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The room was absolutely beautiful as was the property. Lots of thoughtful details, like a bug swatter lol. The bed was big and comfortable, and there was an automatic shade so you could make it dark in the room. The coffee maker was really nice. We had a problem with the hot water but that's because we turned the handle the wrong way, and nevertheless the manager came over on a sunday night to help fix it. The restaurant is closed on sunday (we didn't know this) so we didn't get to try it, but the following day after breakfast (which was delicious-- fruit was so sweet and perfect) we treated ourselves to some of the amazing cocktails and they did not disappoint.

Offering quiet street views, casa maria is an accommodation set in La Romana, 8.1 km from Teeth of the Dog and 12 km from Dye Fore. The customer service and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. She even woke up early because she knew I had to leave early for a business meeting - so when I wake up the breakfast was already ready and it was so delicious - she made me feel like home. I will definitely return for business trip or tourism.

Complete with a shared lounge, Akunamatata Guest House Grand Case is situated in Grand Case, 200 metres from Grand Case Beach and 2.9 km from Anse Marcel Beach. The room I had was one of 3 sharing a bathroom, kitchen and lounge room. My room and bed were extremely comfortable resulting in one of the better night's sleep on this trip. Within walking distance of the airport and the town. Added bonus, the beach is only a few hundred metres away. What added to a great stay was the host Jamal. Such a great and helpful guy who does everything right by his guests. I was on the move but would have loved to stay longer.

ECOVILLA CORAL GARDEN features a solarium, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Baoruco, 2.5 km from Bahoruco Beach. With sea views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. Amazing experience. Pedro and Marian are just fantastic, they literally host you at their place and you become part of their family. Baoruco is the perfect place to have a real local experience. They have recommendations for all places around and offer tours if you like. They also offer to prepare European-style dinner with local products, which gives a change to the "bandera dominicana" if you have stayed around for a while.

Set in Grand-Bourg in the Marie Galante region, P'tites chambres dans la campagne de Marie Galante features a patio. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The shared area was very well appointed and well thought out. Very comfortable.

Villa Rosa Karibella is situated in Saint-François and has a private pool and pool views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Lovely villa, garden and pool was great. Kristoff very welcoming and helpful. Picked us up from airport and took us to the cruise terminal.

Located in Irish Town, Prince Valley Guesthouse features accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Prince Valley is a cozy place with an amazing mountain view. Bobby and his family are professionnal and really warm, they make you feel like home ! Definitely our best location in Jamaïca.

Soufriere Guesthouse has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Soufrière, 1 km from Bubble Beach. This guest house features a bar as well as a shared lounge. I loved the beautiful open upper veranda with hammocks and the inviting communal spaces. The place was very clean with tasteful decor. The rooms were tidy and quaint and very comfortable.
