Pitanje je tko je izdao uporabnu dozvolu za taj objekat lokacija odlična ali sve ostalo čista nula,smjestaj u podrumskom djelu kuče izuzetno lošem stanju,staro i dotrajalo i jako nuredno,strop preljepljen tapetama sav ispucao samo da ne padne na glavu,kupatilo i wc u 1,5m2. Kad otvoriš pipu na tušu neznaš odakle prska ali zato sve okolo mokro, Brava na vratima sobe dotrajala stara 100godina pa se zaglavila i vrata se nisu mogla otvoriti iz sobe pa smo morali izaći preko prozora u vrt , da bi išli u wc i opet u vrt preko prozora u sobu čisti horor. Neponovilo se.
