It is super nicely decorated and very authentic. It breathes the age it has. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds are great. The shower could use an update though.

Breakfast was exceptional, with all sorts of food. The room was clean and equipped with everything that you need. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. This historic 4-star hotel, situated in the heart of the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, right in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, offers enchanting accommodation in a Gothic style. Management was very helpful in recommending activities and dining - I had such a great dinner at their recommended spot that we returned the next evening. The room was very unique, charming and comfortable - and the bathroom was fantastic, including the big bathtub! The daily breakfast was excellent and the location was spectacular!

This hotel in the town of Schwangau's Horn district offers rooms with panoramic views of the Alps. It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly suggested. We will come back in the summer to enjoy the surroundings of Schloss Neuschwanstein.
