Great location a few minutes from the San Andres sign leading to el centro and beach. A block or two away from the water. Very very quiet neighborhood besides the occasional airplane noise which can't be avoided near El Centro. This place was a great value, large room and let's you walk to stores, restaurants, beach etc without having to need a motorcycle or mule. Most places in this price range are far away from anything so this is a great budget option. Room was large, had AC and a fridge. Maybe there are some tiny details that are a little bit worn but you could spend 3x as much on another hotel and have the same thing. San Andrés is a small laid back island, don't expect a brand new perfect place anywhere. Osama and his wife were great. His wife was waiting for us on arrival Would recommend 100%

The owner is always there cleaning and willing to help, there's everything you need in the kitchen to cook for yourself. One of the things that I like the most was that the lockers were in a different room so we could turn the lights in to find your things, there were curtains and a small self near your bed. It feels that they thought about every detail. Onthe top of that there's a supermarket right next door and the bus stop right in front, so you can go anywhere you need to.

The airco was very good. It was a nice room with a comfortable bed and a bathroom attached to the room. The host was very friendly and accommodating our needs.
