Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Merak Hostel is set in Villa de Leyva, 29 km from Iguaque National Park and 6.4 km from Gondava Theme Park. Everything! The staff was amazing and so kind. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet area (yet still close to the center) so I was able to sleep well. There was a nice patio to relax and do work. I really felt at home here. It was the best place I’ve stayed during my month in Colombia.

Very comfortable hotel in this most interesting of pueblos. Welcoming and efficient staff, I felt very well looked after. Good breakfast too. Very helpful with finding a safe place to put my bicycle - always important for cyclists!
