Electricity is provided by a generator when needed- this is RUSTIC, like going to cabin. That being said, Vista Linda was perfect. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and meal options, beautiful view of the Caribbean sea, and peaceful nights. Rosana and Manuel are fantastic hosts, who helped provide tours and excursions at fair prices and with charming locals. If you're looking for a rustic getaway on this popular beach, this cabana is a fantastic option.

Located within a few steps of Playa Blanca in Playa Blanca, Tipiland baru la casa del mono provides accommodation with seating area. Great decoration style and ambient to stay safe and as home. El Mono and his wife are real super hosts. Great deal! the place is just as it appears on the app. Very responsive people and kind hosts. The place is gorgeous, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the ocean view is simply amazing. Worth to be there!

Located in Playa Blanca, a few steps from Playa Blanca, SUNSET BEACH offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a bar. Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

Kryz and José were really nice! They took such good care of us. Their children are sweet and polite as well! The location is great, it’s more quiet and calm. Easy access to boat transfers. The carribean food they make is super delicious. The hosts are happy to help with any questions!

Amazing hostel just at the beach. Very confortable and perfect to live the island experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. You can do the tours with them with less people and cheaper. Food and drinks at the bar are really tasty and big quantity. Totally recommended.

Located in Playa Blanca, Nuestros Tres Tesoros II offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Playa Blanca and provides various facilities, such as a private beach area and a bar. Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Easy to book boats back to the main area to get back to Cartagena:

Hostal El Nido del Azulejo is set in Baru. A public bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Very nice and interesting village. We had an amazing time on the tours with the senior of the hostel. The atmosphere at the hostel was always open and friendly. We’d stay there again.

Excellent stay, in a beautiful location where you can relax and enjoy the peace, quiet and private area and beach. With no people around. Very seclusive and really what we needed. To disconnect from work and busy schedule and enjoy the place. Liz is an excellent cook and Manuel an excellent host who took care of all of us and had so much patience with all the demands from the kids. It was a wonderful stay

Raw KokoMar PosadaNativa is a recently renovated guest house in Baru, near Playa Blanca. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a bar. The property wasn’t the greatest.
