Excellent breakfast, excellent location on the top of the hill. The hotel has a roof top level with hammocks and a great view of the river. The owner could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The whole place was truly a garden of Eden. We were offered cacao beans to suck on and he explained the process of making chocolate. Because I am a beekeeper, he gave us a tour of his hives with stingless, native to the amazon honey bees. We could not have been more pleased with everything. And Puerto Narino is so beautiful - with it's clean sidewalks and NO motor vehicles. A big contrast from Leticia where we started our trip.

Flor de la selva offers accommodation in Puerto Nariño. The property offers a shared kitchen. Every room is fitted with a shared bathroom with a shower. The property boasts fruit trees and gardens. It’s a nice wooden house, just as rustic as we imagined a house in the jungle. A host Mauricio was incredibly responsive. He organised us a three days program on the fly with an english guide which was awesome.
