Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated 2 Old Town Designer Chalet 200 year old house provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. We got a loft bed with the living room and bathroom below. The host was friendly and helped whatever way he could with any queries. Located away fron the busier part of the street, it is quiet enough with easy access to everything. However, not many shops are opened by 7. We had to go to the outside part of the town to have our breakfast and explore around there since they are already open by 7. Other than that, the McDonalds opens at 7. This is a good town to visit and everyone is friendly.

Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). Kevin’s Old House is sort a traditional/vinatge/antique hotel in the center of Jing’an. If that’s your vibe; you’ll love it. It’s also co-located with Bella Napoli that makes amazing pizza. The room also had a laundry machine which makes life so much easier. Super helpful & friendly staff too. Will definitely stay again.

In the Jing'an district of Shanghai, close to Jing'an Temple, Shanghai Downtown Hills Boutique Guesthouse - Near Metro Line 7, Exit 3, Changping Road features a garden and a washing machine. The location is super central and the apartments are in a local Shanghainese house. We were staying at Yunnan room and it was great to have breakfast in the veranda during sunny days. I enjoyed also the common area with kitchen and dining table. Staff very supportive. Good value-price-comfort-location
