They were very nice people. About 25 minutes from Zurich by car and 15 minutes from Rhine falls.

In the Wiedikon district of Zürich, close to Museum Rietberg, Haldengrund features a garden and a washing machine. The property is around 2.6 km from Bahnhofstrasse, 2.7 km from Paradeplatz and 3 km from Fraumünster. The homestay offers garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were warmly welcomed by Sascha (the host), her friend and her cute dog Jimmy. During our stay Sascha was very helpful and always up for a chat. The apartment was arranged lovely, you can feel there is a soul in this place. The booked rooms were even bigger than expected. You have two spacious rooms for yourself and a balcony. The beautiful bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared with your renter Sascha (and Jimmy), who live in the room next door. It is located close to the S Bahn, which takes you to the city center (Zürich HB) in 5 minutes. By foot it’s about 30 minutes. Also it’s a good start for hiking up the Uetliberg mountain. It is really quiet! You can easily sleep with open windows. That’s a blessing if you’re coming from a busy city. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back if we’ll visit Zürich again.

We were going to see a show as it was late she took us and picked us up. Host kept in regular contact giving all directions. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable with good quality bedding and towels. Apartment had everything we needed. Bus stops outside apartment. From main Zurich train station took about 15 minutes and about 15 minutes to the hall. Thank you
