For me the spacious and safe private parking lot was very important. 15min walk along the river Aare to the City of Aarau, which is very beautiful. Our host Ms Koster was very friendly and supportive. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I can only recommend this location and would book a again!

Originally a Capuchin monastery dating from the 17th century, Kloster Dornach is only 50 metres from Dornach-Arlesheim Train Station and 12 km from Basel. The restaurant was exceptional !

Situated just 5 km off the A1 motorway, Gasthof Sonne offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathroom. The bus to Solothurn stops only 50 metres away. Very friendly owner, quiet location and a well presented breakfast. Good parking. Would love to come again. Highly recommend!
