Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food at restaurant and very delicious breakfast. Easy commute to city centre on bus, bus stop is very close by. Clean, well kept rooms and great views of mountains. Comfortable beds and blankets. Good air con if required.

We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this to anyone visiting the Luzerne region. The view from our room was beautiful and the room was big and comfortable. Robert is the perfect host - very helpful, professional and provided us with lost of information. The breakfast was also nice. We got a visitors card and used that to visit Luzerne by bus - very convenient. Will recommend anyone visiting the this area to stay at this guesthouse.

The property is located only a few meters from the beautiful lake and is also visible from the room which is so relaxing, you can and will find almost everything that you might need for the stay at Sandra’s. She is an amazing host, and you will feel right at home. Bus stop and restaurants are close and you can easily spend few days in this quaint town. Everything was super clean, would like to come back here again :)

Yous see the staff are cleaning the whole building every day like it is their home. You see their motivation to satisfy their guests. They thought all details by check-in, cooking, sightseeing and all other things during your residence. We have informed the property that with want to checke in at late night and it was done without any problem. Communication with personal per app is super fast, helpful and psitive. the environment, the location are perfekt. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook everything that you want.

Amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. You can contact him anytime for suggestions and guidance to move around and is happy to help to his best always. You have an amazing view from the terrace covering portion of the beautiful Lucerne Lake on one side with a vast green field to the other but of course Pilatus takes the center view towering over everything.

A Perfect Experience!! My wife and I arrived in the pouring rain to a wonderful stay! Mr. Menberg helped us with our heavy luggage and he didn't have to, made sure we were dried off, and we went to our room. We were treated like family and told that we could help ourselves to anything, pointing out where everything was. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with the most stunning view of the snow-capped mountains that were picture perfect from the balcony, which could be on a postcard for Lucerne, really. That was one of the true highlights of our stay. The place was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of traveling from Asia and America. Overall, our stay at this homestay was perfect. The Menbergs went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we truly felt like we wer at home. We can't recommend this place highly enough!
