Villa del Sole Garni is located in Ponte Tresa, a 20-minute walk from Lake Lugano. It offers accommodation with kitchenettes and terraces, overlooking Monte di Varese and Malcantone. Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Our host Stefania was waiting for us and everything was as it should be. We traveled by motorbike and parked it in front of the house. Stefania was very nice, we had coffee and cold water all the time. The bathroom is shared, but that's not a problem.

Very nice place, gave us warm welcome and very peaceful atmosphere at Mountain View. Manuela was very friendly and kind to help us with check in and out situations. And the staff was very nice. The family-run Locanda della Pace is located at the foothills of the Monte Lema mountain, half-way between Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. It offers tasty food, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Nice location, not far from Lugano, very friendly staff, highly recommend!
