Outlet next to bed to plug in phone, bamboo utensils and a couple of plates and a cutting knife and board. Quiet. Good value. Host communication was quick and easy on booking.com. Large room nice natural light.

We use this accommodation repeatedly when transporting to Italy. Perfect hosts, perfectly adequate accommodation at a very reasonable price. We love to come back here.

Wifi speed/stability + large desk were perfect for the remote work. although the studio is on the top floor, it was not hot thanks to the window/screen design which lets the wind pass through the room. owner is super nice and extremely helpful. given above, excellent affordability- will recommend to friends and families.
