The spacious homestay includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine. The unit is air conditioned and includes a patio with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed too, it had a fridge, glasses, cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Everything you need. They also gave us bottles of water and some free snacks! Towels for the showers, hair dryer and shampoos! For me the experience was a 10 and we are very happy and of course willing to return.

Susan’s Villa is in an excellent location within walking distance of the main attractions. Alice and Jacky are lovely hosts.
A Warm welcome from Vindhya & she always asked if there was anything we needed. Good sized breakfasts to keep us going during the day. Decent sized room / bathroom, stocked with everything we needed. Nicely situated in a quiet area within walking distance of attractions both North & South & a short walk to the Wego bus stop if walking isn't your thing. A great host & we enjoyed our stay there.

Everything ... arrived in buffalo just as there was a solar eclipse happening .so stood with the locals and some of the staff from the wingate hotel which made it all more special for us

Sunny was a great host! She was warm and friendly, and saw to it that our one night stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. She even provided vegetarian options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this BnB to anyone wanting to stay in Niagara Falls. The location is perfect too. It's only a short 15 min walk along the water to the Falls.
