Boasting a balcony with quiet street views, a garden and a terrace, Merj's Guest House in Wolesly can be found in Winnipeg, close to Manitoba Legislative Building and 2.6 km from MTS Centre. Super cosy and clean place, half way between the airport and downtown. The best though are the owners, expecially Merj ( because I saw her more often) has been incredible welcoming and generous. A huge thanks again, I really recommend it!

Breakfast was good, more than sufficient. The b&b was located in a quiet neighbourhood , not too far from the main boulevard. If I said it was not a romantic place this means nothing negative : Churchill is a subarctic town and has no palmtrees and exotic scenery. But it is very special and in this way you could call it exotic. We liked the friendliness and hospitality of TAYLOR, He is very dependable and thanks to him and his boat we were able to spot a polar bear even in low season.

Located in Churchill, Inukshuk Rooms provides accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Dave and Celine were exceptional hosts. Not only did they pick us up at the train station but also made themselves available for all of our needs. They used maps to help us navigate the town and shared details on places to go and places to eat. Knowing that I wanted to see Northern Lights, Celine spent over an hour outside with me showing me where and how to take photos. An amazing experience I will never forget and am deeply thankful to her for doing this. Their home is immaculate and replete with all kinds of photos and local artifacts. It was a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely stay there again when we return. And we will let others know of their lovely home.

Dark curtains (helpful if you’re there during the long days of summer!) A thoughtfully and fully equipped kitchen. They really thought of everything! It’s an easy walk into the center of town.
