It’s was like a little piece of heaven, tranquility, and warmth in the heart of the city. The hosts are kind and warm, while being respectful of your privacy. The cats are cute too! Such great levels of comfort and quality - specially given the price. I genuinely loved it here and cannot wait to return for carnival. Oh and the Garden is really cute. And the Wi-Fi is flawless.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of sea, Casa Almeida is a recently renovated homestay set in Salvador, 2.8 km from Praia do Canta Galo. We had a great stay in casa Almeida. It’s in a cosy neighborhood close to the historical center. Good beds and airconditioning. The breakfast was great with a lot of fresh fruit and homemade cake.
