Rosa gave me coffee, cake and juice upon arrival. The room was super clean, quiet and spacious. It was a few minutes walk to the city center. I would stay again if ever in Velingrad.

Great place to stay with family or couple, great facilities included; swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. For kids there is a trampoline, and playground with slide and swings. Nice outdoor and indoor restaurant and nice breakfast. Will go again!
