A group of friends stayed the night prior to a one day retreat in Maleny. The cottage was just gorgeous. The decor was very nice and the place was so clean. The surrounding of the cottage was very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was varied and fresh and suited each of us. There was plenty to have a hearty breakfast. The free range eggs from the chickens on site were a lovely touch.

Everything about my experience was exceptional: the host, location, facilities and even the essence of this property is something truly special. I truly felt like I was at a private spa during my time here; you are provided with spa and shower towels, robes and access to the relaxing hot tub - a wonderful experience (especially under the clear starry night). There is a fully stocked kitchen and I was given permission to use the various spices in the pantry too. Breakfast was delicious - Sarah provided delicious sour dough bread from the local bakery, butter and jam as well as fresh eggs, that I'm assuming were from her own free-ranging chickens. I will definitely return when I'm in Yeppoon!

It is a very cosy cottage. We appreciated most all the free items for breakfast. Everything is very clean. The communication with Richard was easy and he was very accommodating.We only stayed one night but felt right at home. We would definitely book it again when coming in the region.

Airlie guest house offered such good value for money. It is located so close to the main street in Airlie, in a beautiful house, and run by a lovely host and 2 helpers. The room was really well decorated and so clean. The common areas shared with the other guests (such as kitchen) was impecable. The breakfast in the morning was simple but a real life saver. My room had the bathroom outside of the room but it was private, and very spacious/clean. The host will also guide you through tours that can be done in the area. I had a wonderful 3 night stay with my partner.
