Super amazing staff , Kitty at the front desk was very friendly and she also has amazing hand made pearl/stone bracelets for sale and also braids hair.

Exceptionally welcoming and more than helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and it felt like home from home. Great location for skiing at gerlitzen.

We stayed at the villa. It was amazing. Overlooking the lake very peaceful. The hotel restaurant offers very good food.

Lovely and great equiped house with all you need for holidays. We were staying in a very hot days and inside temperature was really convenient. Two separate bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet. Kitchen well equiped for cooking. Outside sitting table and grill with all equipment you need it. Lake location with swimming place 10min to walk, train station just beside the house but no jise from rail in the house. Owner Doris was a great host and take care for all you might need.
Great accommodation and very convenient in every way. Lovely hostess that gave us some great tips for the visit.
Great appartment, very friendly host family. A beautiful location, with lots of possibilities. Close to the lake, easy to reach by train. The Finsterbach waterfalls are very close. :-)
We choose the apartment primarily because of position (nearest accomodation to the cable car), but we got much more. Apartment is beautifully designed with one wall in glass, terrace with great lake view and the forrest behind. It is equiped with everything you need even for longer stay (wash machine, dishwasher, many more appliences and the tiniest things you could imagine). And everything is new. Also great hosts! Very kind and helpful! Our recommendation! Since we like Gerlitzen we will definitely come back.
Great host and location! Everything was clean, breakfast was Great, beds were comfortable. Easily accessible ski area Gerlitzen with free ski bus.

Best accomodation in the world! Familie Steinwender is very friendly and helpful, the place is exceptional: amazing atmosphere, silence and peace everywhere, clean and tidy appartment, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The host family did their best to help in every situation. Good possibilities for hiking and sightseeing at the region. We will come back again!
