From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable, even giving us a tour of the house. Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Offering free WiFi, Nina BNB is set on the beachfront in Sevan. The property features garden and city views. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a minimarket for guests. Nina and her husband welcomed me very warmly. I had at my disposal a large room with a window and a comfortable bed. Every morning Nina served a good breakfast. She took care that everything tasted good to me and nothing was missing. Coffee, pastries or fruit were always available. I came to Sevan to mainly relax myself after almost 2 weeks of sightseeing, so I didn't use the excursions offered by them, however thanks to Nina my stay was very pleasant.
