49 km from Port of Bar, InTown Guesthouse Shkoder is a recently renovated property set in Shkodër and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The place looks amazing, from the room to the garden and the common area! The breakfast is included in the price and it was delicious! The hosts were amazing, very kind, hospitable and friendly, they took care of everything that I need and recommended me gorgeous places to visit in the area, one canyon in particular that had no tourists, so I just enjoyed the place by myself! They also made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveler! I would definitely come back again here!

Staying at Valter and Drita's was one of the highlights of our trip to Albania. Thanks to Gjony, his sister and mum we had an incredibly pleasant stay. The newly built house is well designed and comfortable. A beautiful and comfy bed! The setting in the middle of the mountains is gorgeous, both for dinner and breakfast and the conversations with the family around a mountain were well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope you will too. At night it's also a WONDERFUL place to stargaze (see pic below). So don't forget to spend a bit of time on the rooftop in construction. This 3-star guest house offers a shared kitchen and full-day security. the beds were not very comfortable and with 4 in a room it's a bit tight, but for one night it's enough. welcoming and warm staff

Set in Shkodër and only less than 1 km from Theth National Park, Mountain Vista Guesthouse Shkafi offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great location directly located at the start/ end of the Theth - Valbona trail. We really enjoyed staying outside the “busy” village. No music, no late nights, just hikers the sound of the fountain and a great view from above. It was very clean. The local breakfast keeps you going for a while. Dinner was good, too. Suela is a lovely host, always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For those attempting to drive up to the accommodation - make sure you’ve got a 4 wheel drive (it’s not possible otherwise since there is just the gravel hiking path with some deeper potholes to drive on). We just left our car at a small private parking lot belonging to the cafe before heading up the mountain for 3€ per day.

We had THE BEST stay, the staff is amazingly kind, the view from the location is breathtaking, it was so homey. I can’t recommend the place enough it was truly magical.

This accomodation, the staff, facilities and restaurant was amazing. We had the best stay and I honestly believe we managed to book the best guest house on the river. Everything was brand new, clean, food hygiene was a high priority which we appreciated. We got a free beer on arrival and we were so cared for by the staff. They definitely take pride in their space and that’s evident by comparing Guesthouse Zgiboza to the other guest houses and facilities. The room was so clean, the linen was beautiful and clean and the bathroom was spotless. Would 10000% recommend. We loved the canoes, the fires every night and the sun chairs.

The food was the best spread we ate while hiking the peaks of the balkans, great variety and a huge amount of food given for great value. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming and gave good advice about the hike.

Located in Theth and only 3.2 km from Theth National Park, Bujtina Vellezerit Grrela provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features garden views.... Really liked the room with the own bathroom (even though was in the old building). Bed was confortable. Breakfast prepared for take away. Good dinner just takes quite some time (order early). Owner was nice.
