Very cute and new property located fairly close to the start of the Valbone to Theth hike (took us about 20-30 min to reach the start of the trail). It seems other guesthouses are far enough away that you need to plan for transportation to the start. I accidentally booked for one person rather than 2, and the owner was very nice about changing it for us. We had a very cute double bed room with private bathroom and balcony. There is no restaurant at the guesthouse, but there is one a short walk down the hill, which was really good! The guesthouse does have beer/wine/other drinks for sale and a cute patio to hang out. We left early for our hike (before breakfast), and so they left us very large and tasty breakfast sandwiches in the fridge for us to take on the trail with us.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Valbonë. The dining room offer a wonderful view of the mountains around us through the big glass window. The owners are very nice and welcoming. For 12€/pers they offer you a full diner which was very good. And for 5€/pers you can have a pocket lunch if you go hiking. The room was comfortable,super clean and matched the photos.

Everything was perfect. The building was beautiful, and the hosts were friendly. Dinner was delicious and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Skender Selimaj is a family run guest house. The food came their property and was traditional and excellent. We spent two nights there hiking nearby trails and to Theth. We have such fond memories of this place and family.

We loved staying at Mehmeti. Very charming house in the countryside, runned by the sweetest family. We had great dinner in their beautiful garden, and they arranged a taxi to bring us to the Valbona Trail hike, and prepared a lunchbox for our trip. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Zeneli Alpin Chalet surpassed all our expectations. The accommodations, staff, food and the view (the VIEW!) were all excellent. We would highly recommend to others traveling to the area and/or others hiking Peaks of the Balkans who are looking for an elevated lodging experience.

I have booking in last minute and they do everything is possible to make it easier for me We feel very good in this guesthouse, very clean and authentic. They prepare me a dinner it’s like a feast, this give me all the energy i need to go in theth the next day Moreover they prepare me two delicious sandwich for lunch. The place is exceptional you can also go swin at the river next to the guest house

This is an amazing guesthouse in the Valbone valley. Our room was extremely clean and had its own toilet / shower combination, and thus we were able to relax very well. The location was also very nice (not too far from the main road / big hotel). The young hosts also spoke English very well, and were always ready to help you when you need it. Furthermore, we paid a little extra for their homecooked lunch and dinner, which were amazing (sitting on the balcony with mountain views while eating a nice meal).
