We ate the most delicious food in all of Albania, which the owner cooked for us - even though he was tired, we arrived late at night. :) Here we experienced Albanian hospitality, they were fantastic hosts, it was the highlight of our stay in Albania. Featuring a bar and views of inner courtyard, MondurO Hotel is a recently renovated homestay set in Durrës, 300 metres from Durres Beach. Everything is good. Location is good, not far from the beach. Very quiet place to relax. The facilities are great. It has all equipment you need or if you need something else, the staffs are very kind helpful and friendly. The whole place looks nice and it is very clean especially the room. Excellent service! I am sure to come back and stay more at this hotel 🥰

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, GUEST HOUSE VILA ELEZI is situated in Durrës. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The hosts were incredibly helpful and caring! Despite our late notice and early morning arrival, they welcomed us with coffee and allowed us to leave our luggage so we could enjoy the beach. After checkout, they made sure we could return to the apartment to shower and even drove us to the bus station at our request! Highly recommend it. I would definitely come back in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at The House of Dollma inside Kruja Castle. The house, reconstituted to resemble a 400-year-old home, offers a truly unique and authentic experience. It was charming, clean, and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and always available to assist. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind stay in Kruja! It wasn’t really a problem for us, but I want future guests to be aware that since you're staying inside the castle, the streets are uneven and not ideal for rolling luggage. If possible, leave larger bags in your car and bring only a backpack. Parking is outside the castle, so it’s about a 5-minute walk from the parking area to the house. It’s good to know this in advance so you won’t be surprised or disappointed, but honestly, it’s totally worth it given the amazing experience overall!
