Wonderful little pet friendly gem. A great garden with ample outside seating. An outside braai, and a shared kitchen with everything you might need.
Even though our stay was sorter than anticipated, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the garden. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and very accommodating. We were a short walk away from a dog friendly park, about 1km. And enjoyed the Liggie Skou at Abraham Kriel, within walking distance from the accommodation.
Located near enough to town, that it's convenient. Yet far enough to not be bothered by the noise.
We will definitely choose The Garden Inn Guesthouse again if we ever come through Modimolle again.

This accommodation is a gem. Really good value for money. It is a spacious, exceptionally clean property with all the essential equipment required. It is set in tranquil farm conditions with fantastic out door facilities . The host family are extremely helpful.
Located in a nice area with some nice scenery. Having a patio was really nice. Pierre was a great host and always made us feel welcome. From the start he ensured we had everything we needed and was in contact with us via whatsapp constantly prior to us arriving until after we left. Rooms and bathroom facilities were excellent and the walk in shower was really a nice unexpected twist. Would 100% stay there again.
