Location was excellent, close to everything. We were able to walk to the restaurant at night, perfectly safe.
The staff at breakfast were very accommodating. Food was laid out beautifully. The staff made your coffee fresh for you every morning, whether cappuccino or espresso. And they asked if they could prepare you a hot breakfast, eggs, etc.
The rooms were very clean and paid attention to little details that make a difference…good quality soaps and shampoo, bathrobe and slippers.
They arranged for a driving for us before and after our stay. And had good recommendations regarding vineyards and restaurants.
The owner was onsite during our visit and was very friendly and took time to chat with us.

We had room #1 it is the best room in the hotel, imo. Great private balcony looking at the sunset and mountains. Huge bathroom and large sofa at the end of a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional and the main drag is a block walk away. Secure parking. Great pools and outside lounge areas, lovely main bar and lounge area. Our favorite restaurant Cafe du Vin right down the street. Our favorite winery Meullineux a very short drive or walk away. Thank you to Kim, Mikaela, Franklin, Nadian, you made our stay so very much more enjoyable. We would come back in a heartbeat.

This place was awesome. Location, rooms were large and well equipped. Loved the fireplace in the bedroom. It was already to go, just needed a match. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was awesome. The lilacs that grew around the pool were in full bloom. Just around the corner from Main Street. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a stay to remember!!

It is a beautiful boutique hotel close to the centre of Franschhoek. It exceeded our expectations in all respects. Before we even arrived, we received detailed recommendations of what to do in the area and which wine farms to visit and good recommendations on local restaurants. The rooms were larger than expected and the breakfasts great. Great service and cleanliness was a feature throughout. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nestled in the heart of the wine valley, the hotel exudes elegance with its stylish decor, cozy rooms, and personalized service. Each morning began with a delicious, locally-sourced breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location quiet, beautiful views, lovely hostess Mariette, breakfast delicious and so well presented. The room is very stylish and beautifully set out with lovely furnishings. We will be back. The comfort of the guest is very well considered.
Great apartment right next to the Wine Tram! We had a great stay at Winner in the Winelands. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed for two days. We loved sitting on the balcony, having a fully-equipped kitchen and that we only needed a minute or two to hop on the Wine Tram. In a nutshell, it was wonderful! Thanks again to the lovely host who was very welcoming!
All was lovely! Easy access. Lovely hosts.Really comfy king bed, fab big bathroom, small kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle and we enjoyed opening up the balcony doors in the morning to a view of the mountain! The cappuccinos, teas, chocolates, rusks and water were a generous touch!!
What a beautiful property; fabulous room with an even more fabulous view, topped off by a great breakfast. Easy 15 min walk into the main street in Franschhoek. Lovely hosts and I just wish I could have stayed longer
The hosts were absolutely amazing! They went over and above to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was better than most restaurants, and being locals, we didn't feel the level of care differed from what overseas guests would experience. We would definitely stay there again!
Nice and spacious rooms with a big balcony. Really providing a private home away from home feeling. Bycicles for a short ride, tea, coffee and some small snacks at no extra cost is really providing this all in feeling.
