This property was located in a more quiet part of the city, minutes from all the action and lots of great restaurants. Big bed, spacious bathroom, good A/C, parking for motorbike. This homestay was perfect and had everything I needed! Loved it and couldn’t recommend it more.

The greatest part is the view, of course. Just check my photos. The location is great, a bit outside the center of Tam Dao, where there are lots of construction sites. Therefore, Homestay 90s is quieter and chill. It has a very nice restaurant at the bottom. There is a small shop where you can buy water and snacks right across the street. However, their restaurant also sells water and beer. There are a few cafes with different nice views nearby, if you don't want to have your coffee on your balcony, which is also great though. The shower is powerful and the bathroom and room are clean. They offer clean towels. There's air-con, too.
