Very simple but clean place. The family is very nice. The food is simple but very good. They’re always happy to sort out things for you ( motorbikes, travelling back to the port,stay longer than expected….) One can feel a little bite under pressure to eat at their’s. Don’t hesitate to say « no Thanks » and go your own way! They don’t mind in fact. They are just very concerned that « their tourists » are comfortable !
Their snorkelling place is certainly not the best, however it was very nice sailing there in the family ‘s coconut boat.
One more thing: the mattresses are closer to a wooden board. But we adapted very quickly, and even discovered hardest ones later!

I already stayed at Sunbay last year and it was good , so I can not leave a bad review . Though this year they cancelled my booking after accepting it . Fortunately we could find an other homestay which was good also .

Recommend to book your accommodation, Monkey Stay will assist with the speed boat booking , which was very fast , around 30 mins.
We hired a motor bike which was really cheap and rode around the island our selves to snorkel and swim.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at The Coral Homestay. Our host, Ly really looked after us and gave us great advice about the beautiful island. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returned to the Coral again in the future.
Hiep and Tung made great food for me, took me snorkelling, and helped me rent a scooter for the day. The homestay is in a great location near the beach. Would definitely come back.
Great location close to where the boat berths. The family are great to stay with and they are always on hand to help you. Great value for money. The rooms are spotless with an ensuite bathroom, TV, kettle and there is a shared fridge for guests. Meals and drinks are available from the homestay at a great price. Rooftop Terrace or sit out the front and watch the locals and life go by. Will definitely stay if I go back.
Best homestay on the Island! Located directly at the beach. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. And the Home owner and his family as well as the stuff is super friendly. Also the meals are delicious. We highly recommend this homestay if you are looking for a cozy home on a beautiful Island. We felt very welcome as the locals are all super helpful and nice people.
An awesome little homestay right on the water. The host family organised everything for us - boats, motorbikes, food, etc - and collated everything into one (very cheap!) bill... We'll definitely be back!
Mamma Kim and the Homestay has been the highlight of our one month long Vietnamese trip. Cham island is paradise, like a place time forgot. Mama Kim is just like a mum, so warm and friendly and THE most amazing cook!! Rooms and bathroom spotlessly clean with lovely cotton sheets and good air con. The locals are lovely too. Beaches are like something out of a movie set. Completely deserted with emerald green water.
