As many of the reviews say, Mr Quy is a wonderful host. he is very accommodating and helpful. the room I stayed in was very comfortable, the scooter rental was great, he was very helpful with the tour process and with helping me to get to different locations. Mr Quy was so friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast could be better (very basic) but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. the value for the price was good. His homestay should rank higher in the algorithm... to me it is better and friendlier than some of the higher "suggested" ones that I also stayed at.

We stayed for 5 days at Moon and An's Homestay and it was just amazing. It was one of our favorite places to stay in Vietnam. It is located in the village of Phong Nga, you get bicycles for free and can easily rent a scooter to get around. We had a room directly located next to the pool with an outstanding view of the mountains. Due to a storm we had 2 days of rain but with the outside area, the pool, cute dog (called Kiwi) it passed incredible fast.
One big big plus is also the food. Super tasty, lot of flavours and great choices for vegetarions.
We would absolutely absolutely recommend this place.

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Vietnam. The owners were so helpful and kind. She helped us book tours and bus tickets, and we even extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a beautiful time staying at Phong Nha Memory Homestay! The host was incredibly accommodating, helping me transport my bike and making sure I had a taxi reserved for my trip to the airport. The room was very comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking – easily a 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Good location, clean room, nice host willing to support us
Pomelo is a great little Homestay and Toni was a great host. Rooms were basic but comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Lovely pool to cool off in after a days trek through the caves. Breakfast was included. Toni organised our pickup from Dong Hoi, cave tour and our DMZ tour transfer through to Hue. Pomelo is a little further out of the main town but lovely and quiet, with plenty of restaurant options nearby.
This homestay is really great, the rooms are nice, and Tutu is such a great host, she has great recommendations and can help you with anything you need. She even prepared me tea as i was a bit sick
Dat and his family are such great hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so attentive. The place itself is in a perfect location and you can rent scooters or book tours through Dat. It has a lovely courtyard, the rooms are comfy, and the highlight for us was the beautiful pool with the most amazing view. There weren’t many guests when we stayed so we had it to ourselves for hours, it was bliss! Definitely recommend this homestay 🙌
An An Homestay was wonderful. An An and his wife were great hosts, we had a family dinner which was delicious. They were a great source of information for sights to see locally. There is a great area for hanging out and relaxing and it is set in a beautiful peaceful location in the race fields. I would stay here again :)
Phoung was a really good host, arranged the tour for us and even did an early check in when our bus arrived two hours early. And we ended up in his homestay in the middle of the night!
Amazing Home stay with rice fields and river on other side. I can’t say Thanks to Trang amazing guest I have found in my traveling experience till now. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in the morning. Trang came to pickup us with motor bike at 2 am . He is a very good gentleman. Always recommend to stay at his place and support smaller homestay
The homestay host family is very enthusiastic. They have a restaurant, and the host cooks delicious food. I recommend trying the local-style spring rolls, chicken porridge, or grilled chicken.
Lovely host family- the view from the property is lovely, by the river so a nice place to walk/ cycle. Went on an amazing cave tour from this homestay . Bed was comfortable, and clean. The family collected and dropped us to our bus.
