This tiny homestay exceeded my expectations and I loved it. I could feel what hospitality means. You don't get just a room but a sweet Vietnamese mum who takes care of you during your stay and helps you with clothes and provides you with food. The room is small and you need to climb stairs to it, everything is so tiny but wonderful. We had everything that we could ask for.❤️

This homestay was located on a quiet street near the water, a few minutes drive from the market center. The room was exactly was I needed, and the hosts were exceptionally kind!
What I really appreciate that was the homestay's decoration. The owner got her own charitable English class so the house was covered by school supplies and tree which I love the most. Everything was clean and the people here were very kind and helpful as well. The owner can speak English if you are a foreigner it will be okey. You better ask the owner about the taxi number cuz booking a Grab here was crazy. Don't worry about your safety the homestay is opposite the military station. =]]
This is not THE HOTEL, This is home stay. The facility is new but poorly build. No insulation, noise, echo. People slam doors, you can here people talking from the other floors.
Clean and spacious room with affordable price. We booked it last minute and arrived really late at night but the owner was very friendly and helpful, she even gave our kid a coloring book. We have stayed at quite a number of hotels and resorts in Phan Thiet/ Mui Ne but this homestay is such a pleasant surprise. On our way back home, we immediately booked another stay at this nice homestay for our next trip in Sep.
Clean hotel, staff super nice and friendly. Land lady speaks English. She gave us tips about everything. Clean rooms, comf beds. We rented bikes directly from homestay so it was easy to get around the city.

Lovely homestay, the host is lovely. The room is basic but nice and clean, lovely shower, fridge and good AC. The porch overlooking the fisherman's bay is very cute and quiet. We had lovely breakfasts and sunsets with beautiful view. We found a lovely seafood restaurant at walking distance.
Nice location in a quite neighborhood. Room faces on to sea. Nice spot to get away from busy city vibes etc. Bit of construction going on at sea front but we were aware of this from other reviews. Did not effect our enjoyment. Really nice homestay.

I had 2 différent rooms, first one with 2 beds and the quietest A/C you may find, but with a weird smelt in the bathroom.
The second one on second night with one Queen size bed and good bathroom this time.
I really appreciated the minibar provided with water and sodas at your arrival.
This is I reccomend your guy to stay if you like to live with a local people.the home stay is near fisher village walk round 3 minutes that good you can fight the price with marchant for lobter or anything else. So she very friendly and kindly so nice for take care of us.
