A lovely guesthouse located on a quiet street in the centre of town close to eateries, an abundance of cafes and green spaces which make walking around the city possible.
The room featured a high ceiling which gave the impression of space and the balcony was a bonus. The bed was fairly comfortable. Note that if you're in a room with a double bed your view might be of a busy street which is noisy until around 11pm.
The owner's mother was friendly despite not speaking English and assisted with hiring motorbikes and an umbrella for the wet weather.
Getting around town on a motorbike is relaxing in comparison to Saigon and the city has wide roads which makes it easier. The beach is close by and it's clean and the water was refreshing.

Very nice and supportive staffs :) the homestay is clean and quiet - since you have to walk/bike for a little distance from the main street. There's grocery store/pharmacy nearby (1 min walk) so basically you can reach almost every extra things in your needs :)
The proprietor is exceedingly affable and perpetually at your service for any necessities. This homestay boasts a prime central location, encircled by a plethora of exquisite dining establishments.
Best homestay in all of Vietnam! Everything that you need as a traveler. Excellent English communication they accommodated our late arrival perfectly. Also coordinated our departure the next day smoothly. The rooms were large, bright and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious! Quiet street.

I am very very glad I got to stay at Cube Homestay and can only recommend Jason’s place for anyone looking for a feel-good, tranquil and beautiful space to rest and recharge in between exploring Phan Rang - Tháp Chàm and the surrounding area. I loved my tastefully and thoughtfully decorated room and the equally beautifully furnished communal areas. Jason was the perfect host and did not only make my checking in and out very easy, but he also went above and beyond to help with my questions and requirements. I would always stay at Cube again!
Chu Troc homestay was an exceptional experience with the two hosts being very friendly, helpful and dedicated to show their hometown and the local culture. It was one of the nicest places i have been to!
The Homestay is conveniently located in the center of the town, so we can reach any places easily. It is also near the food street, with hundreds of food stalls, coffee shops, and so on. The room is beautifully decorated.
