If one is seeking very clean, modest, welcoming home-like accommodation in a well situated and comfortable home stay, one cannot do better than this. If one wants “resort-like” puling mendicants to serve your every need in return for slave wages, this is not for you. This is like going home after a tiring trip. Discover this part of the south coast without the crowds and get swimming from the beach 1 block away at 5:00 am with the locals and the sunrise. Buy fish and other seafood fresh caught. The hostess and staff are very accommodating and helpful with some English spoken. No problems with Google Translate ! Could not be better for this cost conscious 70 something Canadian male solo Travelling.

This was my favourite accomodation across my entire Vietnam trip. The owner was an absolute legend. You couldn’t have come across a more trusting, generous and friendly person if you tried. Nai’s property is an outlier for all the right reasons, it even has a piano!

A lovely guesthouse located on a quiet street in the centre of town close to eateries, an abundance of cafes and green spaces which make walking around the city possible.
The room featured a high ceiling which gave the impression of space and the balcony was a bonus. The bed was fairly comfortable. Note that if you're in a room with a double bed your view might be of a busy street which is noisy until around 11pm.
The owner's mother was friendly despite not speaking English and assisted with hiring motorbikes and an umbrella for the wet weather.
Getting around town on a motorbike is relaxing in comparison to Saigon and the city has wide roads which makes it easier. The beach is close by and it's clean and the water was refreshing.
