I arrived and was immediately invited.to.a homecooked.dinner for all guests! How incredibly nice! And it was delicious, too! The room was spacious, incredibly quiet and comfortable. I got a bad headcold the next day so could not even visit the Imperial Palace... But got offered a home made soup (which I wanted to insist paying for but was not allowed, which again is so much above and beyond). Also could arrange a late checkout for the same reason at late notice. Thank you sooo much, I will be back!

Well, first of all the warmth of Huang’s welcome, right from the start. I told him I was sick, and he immediately went above and beyond to go to my aid. That included a ride to the hospital and a pick up later , just as one example, but throughout my stay he was a responsive, supportive host, helping me feel better, with a mix of his good nature and his ability to manage practical things related to my needs! Great breakfast, lovely room, great mattress, shower etc , and it was great to have a terrific elevator on a very hot couple of days!

We absolutely loved our stay at Timothy Homestay and the hosts were incredible and went above and beyond! The home was interesting, beautiful and comfortable...and in a quiet neighborhood. The free bikes and cheap Grab options made it easy to get around. Beds were firm but comfortable, breakfast was great and the room stayed cool even though it was very hot. But the most amazing thing was that the hosts helped me pull off a wonderful surprise birthday dinner for my daughter with flowers, music, delicious food and a cake -- it was so fun and so special. I am forever grateful and would recommend this place time and time again!

Great place to stay when visiting Hue
Great host. He was very friendly and helpful. Had some great tips to visit the city and lent me a motorbike for a reasonable fee. The location was great, with a lot of restaurants, cafés and bars around. The homestay was in a small alley away from the street so despite the central location the room was very quiet.
Attentive owner who welcomed my family and provided all the needs and answered all our questions on where to eat as locals, what attractions to visit. Etc.
We would come back in the future.

Lovely homestay, seems recently renovated. Very clean rooms, smart TV with Netflix, good bathroom and AC. The host family is friendly. Breakfast was large and filling! Great quiet location in Hue with good proximity to the imperial citadel, stay here if you want to be out of the city center and get some quiet. One of the cleanest rooms we've had in Vietnam. Great value for money.
Lovely staff / owners made us feel extremely welcome, gave us very good recommendations for food and travel continuation as well. Location of the homestay was perfect too, very central but tugged away in an alley away from the noise. The alley is surrounded by life of locals though, many kids playing and smiling at you. It was really lovely.

Fantastic, clean and spacious homestay with a magnificent view close to the busy center of Hue. And our hosts Saam and Moon were amazing at recommending us all the things to do in Hue, and sending us to hip coffee places where the locals hang.

My room was very nice, the bed was excellent and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was very delicious and of great value. The property is within a short walk of the Imperial City entrance. Close to places to eat and have a beer or coffee with locals. Superb value and the perfect location for people interested in spending extra time at the Imperial City.
