The host was so kind and generous! She offered to do our laundry since all the local places were closed for Tet. We were able to have a late checkout with a small fee. There’s not a true common area for hanging out but we were welcomed to sit with the family in their living room/entryway.
The location is convenient and walkable. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Lovely family and homestay, which is in a quiet part outside Ho Chi Minh city. Local area with no tourists at all! Takes about 20 - 30 mins into the center of Ho Chi Minh by bike about 30,000 - 50,000 VND depending on location and time. Great if you want to stay in the real part of Vietnam and be with locals. The family is really kind and dropped me to the airport for free! I'm happy to help with anything. The place was clean and quiet. Nice few places nearby for coffee or food from the street!

Super lovely hostel, with the friendliest family on hand to help with anything you could need! The rooftop is a lovely spot to escape the chaos of Saigon. Really enjoyed staying in District 4 and getting to see how locals live, but still close enough to District 1 and more touristy locations

The host and her family are so kind and our children loved all the animals! So lovely to stay here and also very close to the cu chi tunnels to allow you to go to the tunnels and beat the crowds from HCMC. Delicious food also and the loveliest of hosts!
This homestay is close to Bui vein Street and number of other must see attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms were clean and really comfy.
They were really kind and let us check in early (about 10 am ) . We arrived at home stay super early and we didn't wait. As, a consequence, this was a huge plus. In addition, the check out time was flexible. This hotel comes highly recommended by me for anyone visiting downtown.
