PIA is much more than a normal homestay in the north of Vietnam, where you communicate the absolutely necessary with Google Translate and that was it. It's almost like a family where owner Vuong is very accessible to guests, speaks solid English, rents good scooters, books nightbus tickets and accompanies tours himself. The building is conveniently located, very pretty and the rooms are the most convenient I have had on a 2 weeks trip in the region.

Everything was perfect. The host family was very friendly and ready to help with anything you might need. The room had everything we needed. The location was perferct for our day trips. It had and indoor garage which was a bonus because we could park our motorbike inside. I can only recommend.

We booked for 1 night and stayed for 3! The location is peaceful, the room is nice and clean with a balcony overlooking a small farm and the city and mountains beyond, neat common areas with plenty of seating room and interesting fruits and vegetables growing there and a couple of nice fish tanks, a great dog called Milo who was ever so excited to welcome us every time we came back from our day out, a fully furnished kitchen was available for us to make our own coffee and cook our own meals if we needed, very reasonable motorbike rental to visit Ban Gioc waterfall and the nearby caves, and last but certainly not least, the host - a genuinely nice person who offered us free coffee and tea and instant noodles, invited us to his cafe for coffee and couple of delicious local dishes, booked our bus to Hai Phong to visit Halong Bay, recommended a couple of breathtaking towns in the south for our next two weeks in Vietnam, and is just a very caring and helpful person in general. Thank you for everything, Dung. We truly appreciate it :)

lovely. all my experience was uncomplainable. the motorbike rentals, customer service, food, coffee,...The best point is i can go anywhere i want in a very easy way because all the coaches stop right infront of homestay.

There are no words to describe our stay! Owners are the sweetest people we’ve met during our Vietnam trip. also Thuy speaks fluent english. Whenever we had some questions or favours they did everything to help us. And breakfasts are delicious 🤤
