The river tour was amazing (we did a 2 hour and saw a lot). The food was delicious. We would highly recommend this stay.

An amazing homestay in the middle of coconut groves. The bungalow was basic but had everything we needed, including air conditioning and hammocks. The homestay garden is a spot of paradise with coconut palms and many fruit trees and flowers; reading in one of the hammocks with a view of this garden was amazing. The homestay has bikes available for use, and there are lovely country lanes to explore around. We had all our dinners in the homestay and loved the home-cooked meals and insights into Vietnamese cuisine they provided. We also booked two boat tours through the homestay and both were amazing. Mr Kha and Ms Tu were great hosts, very attentive and helpful. Staying here was one of the highlights, if not the highlight, of our Vietnam trip.

This was a lovely, peaceful place to get away from the hustle of Ho Chi Minh City. Khoa and his team we're welcoming and helpful. Khoa speaks passable English and fluent French, so we had no trouble with communication.
We enjoyed the river tour - it was a bit too wet for other activities but there is a lot to do. The meals were excellent - a great introduction to Vietnamese cuisine.

Super friendly hosts, dinner and breakfast were solid. I stayed a Saturday night, there was laut Karaoke at the neighbours house until 9pm, afterwards a nice and quiet night. According to other guests, the karaoke was not that loud the rest of the week. Bring some earplugs, just in case and you will have a great time 😊

Loved this place to get out of the busy city. Great place to relax and take it easy. The host was responsive and helped with everything. From transfer to tours. They were great and friendly. Their hospitality was very much appreciated. The food was delicious and reasonable. Not much around to walk to but bikes and scooters are available. Some food options were vegan or could be vegan/vegetarian. Ac in my unit worked great.

Thank you Nam Ham Luong for accommodating us while we stay in Ben Tre. We were located far away from the city to get away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. This homestay provides all the basic amenities, TV, hot heater, air conditioning, spacious room and breakfasts! They even have their own in house restaurant which serves variety of local dishes and drinks. You can rent scooters for 200k per day and use their bicycles for free when you want to venture around the village. Totally recommend to do this if you're staying here. You can buy snacks and drinks outside at mini shops and also eat/drink at local cafes around the area. It's way cheaper here at the countryside.
You can also book tours with them and their agent is Bao Duyen, they have 3 different tours, Mekong Riverside Adventure, Discover Ben Tre villages and their own sunset boat tour (2pm daily).
We communicate mostly using Google translate and they speak a little bit of English. But all is good.

the host upgrade our room free of charge and he arrange our rooms near each other. he is friendly and helpful, suggested us some place to visit and advise us where should and should not go. There is free bicycle for guests to cycle around the area. The nearest market is about 3KM from the homestay but they will close around 10:00am we went there at 11:00 and there is nothing in the market
The homestay was a small piece of paradise with great bungalows, great facilities for a family with kids (we had our 4 kids between 10-20 years old joining us) and an amazing friendly staff. This was our last stay during our 4 week trip from North to South, and it was definitely one of the best.
I had a fantastic stay at Nam Ham Luong. The host and staffs were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable. Lovely family run homestay with lots of activities to do! We felt super welcome and happy to be there. Food was incredible and the boat trip was very fun. Tent was comfortable and had electricity and a fan included. The outdoor shower was lovely and the hammocks dotted around the place were nice peaceful spots to chill. Bike rental was great too, nice to see the local spots by bike and meet some of the locals. Amy and Hieu are amazing and were super helpful from before our stay and all the way throughout.
This was such a lovely homestay - the host family were so welcoming and friendly, and the facilities were great. I had the best time here and would highly recommend it. The boat trip was also fabulous!
The home stay is right on the Mekong River. The staff and neighbours that came by the homestay treated us more like family than guests. True Vietnamese experience, from the iced coffees to the dinner caught on the property pond
Our kids voted: best homestay ever ;). We had a lovely stay with great hosts. Relaxing garden with bikes, scooters and boat, if you wish to get around. Or just relax at the pool in the beautiful garden full of fruits, which might wander directly to your delicious fruit salad. Thank you Quoc!
