We booked the whole house. (But the Host offers book rooms separately). The host was excellent. We asked him for an early check-in. He had no problem with that even though it was at 9.30 AM. Street and surroundings look safe. People on the street walk dogs, do running and walking. The location was excellent, 20 min. beach, 20 min. Universal Studios., Hollywood, Beverly Hills... House had a big living room and I can say it was spacious overall. You can park your car inside. Kitchen was well equipped, We had clean fresh towels available.

Lisette is an amazing host! She made sure everything was taken care of. It is a beautiful home, tasteful renovations and amenities. I loved the location as well, it worked out perfectly as I was visiting my niece and her husband and my great nephew who live nearby. Was able to drive down to the beach for a great afternoon walk and rest. Clean, great food available to eat...I could go on and on...

Outstanding location with a perfect view in the Hills. Very nice house just as shown in the pics. Close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, museums, and anything you’d want to do. The Host, Felix, is as nice of a person as you’ll ever meet. He’s courteous, attentive, and very prompt with fulfilling your requests and answering your questions in a matter of minutes.

Staying at Hollywood Hill Haven Guest House was above my expectactions. If you want an experience in the Hollywood Hills, this is it! The view from the infinity pool (perfect for the hot LA days), the pool lounge area, comfortable large King bed (in front of my window overlooking Hollywood, see pic) to the spacious shower (with amenities) and kitchen, plus plenty of parking space - over shot my expectations. Felix was a great host - responds quickly, friendly and even reaches out to you with helpful tips (e.g. parking). When I return to LA, I'll be sure to get in touch with Felix again.

Host was so nice! Comfortable room and home. Location is absolutely great! Cute out door areas to sit and hang out. Adorable little dog to say hi to, what else could one ever need! We didn't even want to leave when it came time to check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay again :)
