From the balcony I could see the skyline of downtown.
The staff was absolutely 10/10! Extremely helpful and attentive. Especially the gentleman that worked the overnight shift when we were there. He was incredibly friendly and a great host.
We had a blast in the cross eyed critters at night. Joe Noto is a great host and knows how to keep the crowd entertained and flowing. All Staff at the hotel is very friendly.
Colin who worked on the front desk was such a lovely host. He was friendly, helpful and very informative and made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food and the lady who was on duty was also incredibly efficient and friendly. The shuttle service from the hotel into Nashville was excellent and it was great being near to all the amenities at Opryland.
