This accommodation was an excellent value and truly exceeded the description in the listing. The house has an upstairs bedroom with a bathroom and a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom. The remainder of the house living areas downstairs are shared and include a fully appointed kitchen and informal dining area and a formal dining room. There is also a living room for relaxing and a separate informal living room area. The large fenced backyard features a covered patio outside of the back door. This is an exceptional property perfect for short or long stays. As a shared property I did not encounter any uncomfortable issues.

The room was quiet and the fan helped keep the room cool, given the 95 degree weather.
After a very long day of travel, the staff and manager let me show up early while they were still cleaning so I could lay down on the couch until my room was ready. I am immensely grateful to them for their kindness and compassion.
Similarly, being able to do my laundry at the end of a long week of professional development panels and networking *before* I flew home was very helpful.
