The host responded well to communications. Arrival and directions for getting were easy. Everything was clean and secure. There were other people in the house, but it was barely noticeable. It was was very quiet there the night I was there.

It was one of the best stays I've had in a hotel in years. Very Clean, comfortable bed and the price was the best. I am planning on staying again this weekend.

It was pretty cheap and located close to Elizabeth. It was spacious, and I had a floor to myself.
I found this 'provider/landlord' when I was really just looking for a cheap hotel room for the night close by the Union County Courthouse for a work hearing I had in the morning. I was seeking a hotel, but I found a cheap listing nearby Elizabeth (perhaps Union or Union City) it what appeared to be a suburban multiunit house. After I paid for it, and called the listing number, I was told by the man who answered the contact number said that the listing wasn't available.
