Fantastic guest house. Communication from Marty, the host was was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 x queen beds, a kitchenette,microwave, laundry and sitting area. Undercover parking was perfect. Marty was more than helpful with advice for around the Phoenix area. About 5 minutes drive from downtown Phoenix. Perfect for us with a car. Great value for money. Everything was so clean and pretty. Fabiola was the sweetest person I've ever met. I was worried about a homestay but she made me feel relaxed comfortable and super safe also she was so nice to my 5 yr old daughter.
