It was a good location and the room was clean, but I ended up not staying there. I was not happy with the room because it was not the one featured, and I was concerned about the window which was boarded because of the air conditioner. The owner of the house was rude to me and said the AC was for my comfort which wasn’t pertinent since the temperature was in the high 40’s. This place was recommended to me because of the high rating. I don’t want others to make the same mistake as me.

It was not too hot it's a day basement so stays pretty comfortable. Bed wasn't bad for just 1, not sure how comfortable it would be with two. Cute old (I'd guess 1920s) farm house. They had shower shoes in the room, not sure if they were left behind and not removed or provided.
