Really good location. The house is clean and you have a lot at your disposal (kitchen, garage…). Not far from downtown Fairbanks. There is a lot to do around there. Also, I was able to see some Aurora from the house !

The cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived. Very tidy and comfortable.
A variety of offerings for breakfast and loved the home produced Quail eggs.

The female staff was very kind. We took the Alaska Railroad to Fairbanks. The staff came to pick us up at the station, which was very helpful.
We were able to see the Northern Lights when we went outside in the middle of the night. If we go to Fairbanks again, we'd like to stay here.

Every thing about the cabin was perfect.
Jim was amazing had the heating on in the cabin on arrival also called me to say we could check in early such a fantastic host.
All I wanted to do was stay in a cabin on the water and this was it.
Got to see the most amazing Aurora right from our front door.
Having the fire pit was so good all our neighbours come and sat with us.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Breakfast was excellent!! It was nice to be away from the city limits and the city noise.
The hosts were fabulous. As locals they were able to give us valuable travel information.
And we loved their dog Riley!
Great location, close to everything but isolated enough that it’s very quiet and perfect for Aurora viewing. Fred and Janet were great hosts, providing local tips and a wake up service for the Aurora at night. The breakfast was also fantastic, and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions.
Billie's hostel was unique and cozy. It reminded me of my Nanna's house. Very old and homely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when arriving on site. There are a few locals around to give you a rundown of Fairbanks as well.
Host Billie and other staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to welcome guests and encourage camaraderie through a variety of scheduled events and informal and impromptu touches. Very colorful private home with bunk beds and private rooms. My private room was very clean and roomy.
