The price was affordable and the bedroom was comfortable. A mini-fridge was provided for food storage, and towels were provided in the event guests needed to clean up. When I had questions about my damage deposit staff was friendly and ready to help. Other house guests were friendly.

The location was in a scenic and quiet neighborhood that was a short distance (10-15 minute bus ride) to the city area of Seattle. The suite itself was clean and fit our needs of having a place to stay, as we spent most of our nights going out. There's a shared kitchen area for the hotel tenants, though we only ran into the other tenants once or twice during our week's stay.
I was able to communicate with the suite host via email from before and during our trip to check out. Real cool host!

The location was very close to the Space Needle, with beautiful surrounding views. The property was straightforward to access and I enjoyed not having to be responsible for any keys. Would book again!

Location is near to Redmond center. Quite convenient. Room is small but decent. Value for money. Bathroom is separate which may be a bit inconvenient. Otherwise its good.

It was easy to get to. Nice neighborhood right off the main road. Close to Meridian Park which was a nice place to walk around and enjoy your afternoon.
The owner of the property was pleasant.
The time to check out was at 12:00pm so my daughter and I were able to take our time getting ready to leave.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The private home is located in a very nice neighbourhood and is in very good condition. Our host, Pedro, was very social and made sure everything we wanted was provided. We were able to come and go as we wished and the walk into downtown was only 10 minutes!
