The loft is even nicer than it looks in the pictures
Everything was clean and the bed is comfortable. Access was easy with coded locks on the front and upstairs doors. The bathroom is good size, fair water pressure and water temp.
For my needs the location was perfect in the outer ring Boston neighborhood with a suburban feel. The street in front of the home is busy, but you can park on a side street as the unit is on a corner. There are 2 flights of stairs to the loft, the second of which is narrow. The neighborhood is safe and attractive, but probably most convenient to have a car.
Located 5 minutes’ walk from Symphony Hall, this Boston guest house features shared outdoor terraces. Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, is 1 mile away.

Easy and simple self-check-in, clean place, very comfortable beds. I felt safe inside the place, and the neighborhood was quiet. Mr. Daniel's availability is really a plus, very kind!
All the instructions were well listed, not missing a single direction to help the guests, making it really easy to do a check-in/checkout, or reach the place by metro/ride apps.
I will definitely return to this B&B on future trips.

Great hostel with great concept of non profit. Great provided tours. Infrastructure, lavatory etc. also breakfast was ok for the price. Visited many hostels and this was one of the best. Only reception personnel was not nice (1 person)
Great facilities and attention to detail, toiletries and some food provided complimentary which is a nice touch (although the pretzels provided in my room looked to be out of date). Dan was very helpful and responsive, a good host.

The homestay was very nice and clean. It takes about 30-45mins to Boston center which totally fine if you're okay with using public transport. The security system was on point as well.
There's a shuttle bus that runs every 40 mins from hotel.to the airport it takes around 15 mins, and there's also a car rental drop off and you can get the bus from the airport to downtown Boston.The room was spotless had a hairdryer coffee machine and the beds were very comfy they also store your luggage without charge and there was a pretty decent selection at breakfast. There are restaurants/ diners across the street, which probably takes about 15 mins to get to and the locals were very friendly.
The department is so wonderful, maybe it’s the best homestay I’ve ever rent. The host is very friendly and polite, the house and furniture are very comfortable, modern and clean. In particular, there are some extra mattress to spread on the ground, which is great if a group of friends wants to sleep together.
