Joe welcomed us warmly and was very helpful.
We got coffee an excellent cake for breakfast and also the muesli bars on our bed were delicous.
We enjoyed our stay as an excellent place close to the Great Sand Dunes.
The couple that runs this home stay is so warm and welcoming! Joy to talk with, and very generous! Great local recommendations as well.
