I am writing to express my disappointment with the accommodation I recently booked at your hotel. I had reserved a private room for two nights, but upon arrival, I was placed in a shared room with four other individuals. Unfortunately, these guests were smoking and creating excessive noise throughout the night, making it impossible for me to get any rest.
Due to the uncomfortable and unsuitable environment, I was forced to check out after just one night and seek alternative accommodation, despite having paid for two nights. This experience fell far below my expectations and significantly impacted my stay.

Fan and wi-fi were nice. Sally was able to give us walking directions to one of the very few places to get food, and she assisted in arranging transportation to the airport. Just to be in a neighborhood may appeal to some.
